Welcome to our event calendar.

As you can see the calendar is quite full with local events. We've strived to share everything that is going on in the area with you, so you can plan around those days if you'd like to join any of those events. Holidays, Valentines and Mother's Days are also included so you won't forget a thing. The only dates when the home isn't available is when the days say "Rented" with the name of a family.Costs are as follows:

$219 Per Night (total cost)
Taxes are included in that rate

There is a $300 deposit required upon confirmation of rental, and the balance for the rental is due 30 days before rental start date.

The $300 is broken down as follows:

$150 Cleaning Fee Deposit
$150 Damage Deposit

Notice: You can have all $300 back if you leave our home the way you found it. You are not required to wash sheets, but cleaning up afterwards gives you a full deposit and cleaning fee refund. Just so we are extra clear, we do not want the Cleaning Fee. We do not want to clean up after you. We would love to give you a full deposit back, please simply clean up the morning of departure. Deposit & Cleaning Fee will be returned within 3 days after vacating premises and inspection has been completed.

Cleaning is considered as follows:

Washed dishes and started dishwasher. We will put away clean dishes when we clean. Put games, books, chairs away. Most violations are kids leaving games pieces throughout the home. Please double check on kids games, look under beds, tables, etc. for game pieces. Other violation is people not doing dishes, or us finding used and unclean dishes put away on shelves. You can strip the beds to be helpful but it is not required. Simply treat our home as you would your home. Please leave it like you found it, except for dishes in the dishwasher and beds for us to remake.

Final walk through: We suggest a parent does a final walk-through. About every other renter leaves personal items, many times in simple view. Please don't leave anything behind.

There is a mandatory Cleaning fee of $75 for a 1-2 day rental.

No additional deposit for pets. Pets must be prearranged before rental.

There is a $75-300 cleaning fee for excessive misuse of property.

Rates are subject to change for special occasions (ie. Sundance Film Festival, Junior Olympics, Swiss Days, Holidays, etc.).
